Before you contact us, check if your question is answered here:
- How do I place an order?
- Carefully review our menu and then click on the button below the last page and fill out the form. You should receive a response within 24 hours via the email you entered. You will receive an invoice and payment instructions. Your order is not confirmed until your payment is made. All orders should be placed and payment made 48 hours prior your planned pickup/delivery time. We do not do payment upon pickup/delivery.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept cash, credit/debit card, and Venmo.
- How far do you deliver?
- We deliver within a 30-mile range of our location in Essington, PA. The cost of delivery is based on distance, usually going by free within the first 5 miles and then 75 cents per mile up to 30 miles. However, if you are not within the range and would still like to place an order with us, please do not hesitate to contact us to see if we can make it work. Hey, you never know. Did you know that we do “pickup in-between”? We can meet you halfway if you’re located far, and you only need to pay the cost of delivery to the pickup location!
- How does pickup work?
- The order form will ask you to select a date and time for pickup. You will receive an email response that confirms your selected date and time, as well as the pickup location. Please do not miss the pickup date/time, as freshness cannot be guaranteed after that. Contact us if anything comes up or if you are running late and we will accommodate you as best we can. We can reschedule the pickup for you but cannot remake your order unless another order is placed. Please understand that all time and effort is valuable.
- What’s your cancellation policy and how do I cancel?
- Please email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellation with a full refund within 48 hours of the pickup/delivery time is not guaranteed. If we have started your order, we cannot fully refund your order but are happy to issue a partial refund on fair terms. If we have not started your order, we will gladly cancel it for you, and issue a full refund!
